Mock trial, performance. A plane seized by terrorists is on its way to Munich Stadium. The aviation security expert makes a decision to down the plane with 164 innocent people on board. In the stadium, there are 70 thousand. The court discusses whether this was the only correct course of action, and who has the right to decide that 164 lives are worth less than 70 thousand.
