A small Finnish medical equipment company has created a very accurate device that is able to analyze our brain waves and detect any deviations. A brilliant, but very expensive device. Just a few can afford it. In fact, no Finnish hospitals can even afford it. However, thanks to the Foreign Trade Ministry, Russian partners are found. The play tells the story of a period from 2013 to 2015. Crimea was occupied in 2014.
