Somewhere in the vast world, there is a beautiful place on earth where a love story between two people unfolds — between the stable boy Edgar and the maid Kristīne. And we are still intrigued by Kristīne’s heart, which draws her toward Edgar, while her mind despises him. How can Kristīne “leave her carefree days behind” when deep inside she is ruled by fear of making the right choice?
