Performance, two acts

A witty and tragicomic story about the bureaucracy and absurd laws in our lives. They do not come from Mars: bureaucracy and laws are our creation. A Latvian official decides to gift a piano to his son’s kindergarten as it does not have any use at home. The new head of the kindergarten is happy, as the state does not have any money to spare for a real piano for the children. A never-ending series of misunderstandings starts, as such gifts constitute a conflict of interest.
